Baker and seconded by Darrel Hedman that minutes of
September 16, 2006 Annual meeting be adopted as circulated.

changes 2007
Darrell Hedman moved and Dave Weightman
seconded that, within the NSFHL all teams must have 11 registered players (not
including APs) to constitute a team.

Darrel Hedman moved and Scot Perry seconded
that, NSFHL players must play 1/3 of the league games to be able to play in
NSFHL playoffs. Injured players with a doctor’s certificate would not have the
team games played while injured count in their total number of league games.
Games would not count when the doctor’s certificate is registered with the
league.

moved and John Hirsch seconded that, all NSFHL playoff games for all Divisions
must use a 3 referee system. Carried
House cleaning:
Article 4-Meetings B (IV) now reads “amendments to the constitution (notice of motion outlining amendments) shall be mailed to each team at least 30 days prior to the annual meeting date.”

Article 5 – League Operation F “now reads, “League champions in each division shall be decided in a format set by the President and Board of Directors.”
Moved by Judy Jackson and seconded by Chris Baker, Change to read, “League champions in each division shall be decided in a format set by the President and Board of Directors by January 15.” Carried
Article 6 – Rules of Play C now reads, “Teams must fax in S.H.A. approved team rosters to League Secretary BEFORE first league game is played. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fine.(If SHA has not sent back an approved Roster prior to first game you must fax a copy of your roster and then fax the S.H.A. approved roster when received)

Old Business

Scheduling Meeting
- It was moved by Judy Jackson and seconded by John Hirsch that Tisdale Minor Hockey be reimbursed $168.37 to cover payment from the Junior Canadians and Montreal Lake Juniors Bonds 2006-2007, to cover ice and ref costs when team not showing up December 23/06. Carried
- It was moved by Dave Weightman and seconded by Darrell Hedman that the number of games for ALL Divisions will be 12 to 20 games played during NSFHL regular League play.
- Judy Jackson Read the e-mail received this date from Dennis Reaburn, Scholarship Chairperson. The Recipients of $500.00 each for the 2006-2007 year are Kelsi Christiansen of Canwood and Desiree DeMarsh of Tisdale. Both of the recipients will be contacted.
- Web Site will stay at $75.00 per team. Will speak to Dale to develop more on the Web site. Still looking for the Logo.

- It was moved by Chris Baker and seconded by Darrell Hedman that the Dinsmore/Bigger Bantam/Midget team be accepted into the NSFHL Division 1. Carried
It was moved by Darrell Hedman and seconded by John Hirsch that the Rostern/Waldheim team be accepted into the NSFHL Division 3. Carried
- Nelson Boychuk presented a Tournament Style format for NSFHL Playoffs. To be voted on at the Division 1 scheduling meeting on October 14/07.
